Initial Consulting Agreement

I, with the email (the “Client”), agree to retain the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant # R512398 – Jin Xiao, located at 2335-4000 No.3 Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 0J8, with the email info@canadashaws.com and phone +1-778-863-8880 (the “RCIC”) for the purpose of consultation. 本人同意聘请萧晋女士，加拿大注册移民顾问#R512398（下称「顾问」），进行移民咨询。

The Client is obliged to pay a non-refund fee of CAD $230.00 for 40 minutes consultation with the RCIC. 客户有义务支付两百三十加元的不退款费用，向顾问咨询40分钟。

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 本协议应受不列颠哥伦比亚省现行法律以及其中适用的加拿大联邦法律的管辖。

Please be advised that the RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the “CICC”), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. 顾问是移民和公民顾问管理局信誉良好的成员，因此受其附则，职业道德准则和法规的约束。
